Issuer or underwriter compensation, sponsored placement, affiliate links and material securities holdings must be disclosed on the affected research. If a conflict cannot be managed transparently, IPO177 will withhold the conclusion.
Editorial controls
- Sponsored content must be labelled before the headline.
- Compensation must not determine conclusions, ranking or risk labels.
- Material personal holdings require recusal or prominent disclosure.
